Admissions Requirements

Admission Requirements: Nail Technology 350 Hours

• Must be at least 16 years of age. Enrollees are required to submit a valid state/federal issued photo ID at enrollment.
• Has successfully completed 10th grade or its equivalent.
•  Enrollee must submit a high school transcript or have evidence of completion of home schooling that state law treats as a home or private school. Where the secondary education was obtained outside the United States, the applicant must present a copy of the proof of completion along with an original translation which has translate documents into English and confirm the academic equivalence to a U.S. high school diploma
• MUST Attend orientation prior to class start date.
• MUST pay all fees and tuition down payment before admission is considered.

Admission Requirements Nail Technology Instructor 600 Hours

• Requirements:
• High School Diploma or college transcript, GED Certificate and Licensed as a Cosmetologist.
• Applicants must be not less than 21 years of age.
•  Applicant must have a current Mississippi Cosmetology License.
• Applicants must have a high school diploma or its equivalent.
• Applicant must have Photo ID.
• Applicants must have five (5) hours of Methods of Teaching before completing the 600-hour cosmetology course.
•  Must attend orientation
• Must meet financial obligation prior to start date
